Presentation
We have a very traditional way on doing things: slowly, with dedication,
care and constant desire to improve ourselves.
That´s what we call doing things properly; what we value most
at Embotits La Gleva.
For
this reason, we elaborate our cured sausages with a centennial recipe
collected from the farmers of La Plana de Vic. The recipe,
done in the most natural and real way, recalls the way our ancestors
used to do it.
Then , the natural air from the region takes care of curing them. The
resulting sausages from this process fulfill those with a discerning
palate with the taste of homemade food.
